Freddy needs a dental cleaning and a fresh start

Freddy, a 4-year-old beagle, was found by a good samaritan as he was roaming around rural Virginia. The good samaritan brought him to a shelter, but his odds of getting adopted there aren't great. Freddy needs a good dental cleaning too. We want to bring him here, where we can get him the dental care he needs and then find him a forever family.
