Survived a Hurricane, Now Needs Some TLC

Louie made it out of the shelter just in time. The shelter he'd been surrendered to Florida was in the path of the hurricane. Luckily he was able to be evacuated out and arrived at Homeward Trails. This sweet boy has been battling congestion and it seems to be stemming from his dental health. His mouth is a wreck and it's keeping him from being able to completely kick his upper respiratory infection. He needs a dental ASAP so he can finally take a deep breath and enjoy a pain-free meal.
