Kittens Are Critically Ill

Kittens are so fragile. They can be running and playing one day and then crash the next. Misty's litter of kittens started with a few sneezes and slightly runny noses. Their colds weren't responding as quickly as we'd like to medication. Next thing we knew they were struggling to breathe, caked in snot, and refusing food. For six week old kittens to stop eating even for a day can be very dangerous, if not deadly. Add to that the rest of their symptoms, and these kittens are in trouble.

We rushed them to the vet and they're receiving intensive care to stabilize them. Bilbao and Vigo, pictured above, are in the worst shape. They are going to need IV medication and supportive care if they don't start eating fast. We'll need to run diagnostic tests if they don't start responding to the medication quickly. These little kittens are fighters, but at only six weeks old, they need all the help they can get. Please help support their medical treatment!
