Just a Number - And Now to Die Needlessly

JUST NUMBERS.

That's all these Hound dogs are. Bred and raised to hunt. Spray painted with a number. Not vaccinated or spayed and given heartworm preventative.

They hunt (or not) and then are dumped like an old couch. Because they no longer serve the cruel hunter who sees them as only a tool.

They are obviously neglected with their ribs showing from lack of food. They are likely heartworm positive and filled with intestinal worms.
And now their fate is to die. Because the shelter does not wish to market them out widely for adoption or foster. They are simply taking up space. And they are only a year old.

They've known nothing but suffering. With your help we want to try to give Number 8 and Number 10 a chance. We want to give them their first dog bed, their first bone, their first kiss. Their first chance at a loving life they deserve.

We need donations to find them temporary boarding before they are killed. And funds to get them seen by a vet to get vaccinated and treated for worms and slowly fed to gain weight. And then spayed.

PLEASE help us give these two girls the chance they deserve so that their holiday can be spent in love, not fear in a shelter. Or dead by next week.
