Help us equip our new space!

In August we took another leap of faith and purchased commercial property in Springdale.  The building is over 6,400 square feet and we are in the process of renovating it into a commissary kitchen.

We decided to create a different name for the space so that it can have its own identity making it easier for culinary professionals to find.  We landed on The Kitchens at Olive and Barley.  Both are mentioned several times in the Bible and we loved that Olives are a symbol of peace. 

The Kitchens at Olive & Barley will have two large kitchens, a bakery, two large walk-in fridges, a walk-in freezer, commercial dishwasher, tasting room, merchandise area, and will be food truck operator friendly.  The kitchens will have 4 60" ranges, two fryers, a combi oven, and lots of counter space. 

We believe, from personal experience, that this space will provide a much needed service for the community. It will also help Table 7three further its outreach by providing a steady income stream.  

Our vision for The Kitchens at Olive and Barley is that it will be  a place which encourages the development of food entrepreneur's and fosters the creation of nonprofits working together to fight food insecurity in NWA.

We would greatly appreciate your consideration for a financial donation to help support our mission.  As you can imagine purchasing commercial kitchen equipment is pretty expensive.  You can find some of the larger items listed above in the "use of funds", but that is not a complete list. 100% of money donated goes to the kitchen and donations are tax deductible.  If you would like to sponsor a particular equipment piece we will have a plate with your name placed on the item.  If you would like to sponsor a particular room (i.e. bakery) we would place a sign above that room in your honor.
