She Doesn't Understand Why She Was Left

Can you even stand that sad face??? That is the look of a pup whose owner surrendered her to the shelter. The look of a pup who doesn't know where she is; a pup who is feeling scared and alone. She doesn't understand that her owner couldn't care for her the way she deserves because they had too many dogs. 

Pebbles is young, around 3 years old. She is so sweet and good with people and other dogs.  We know this is a scary time, but we want to help her. With Homeward Trails' help, we can make sure she is well looked after from here on out.
