Phillip is Patiently Waiting for His Rescue

Phillip is living the loneliest life at the rural VA shelter he is at.  Every day he waits for someone to come and adopt him but unfortunately that is unlikely to happen.  The shelter's euthanasia rate are very high and they rarely have interested adopters.  Phillip's days are spent listening to deafening barking and his bones lie on a cold floor.  The shelter isn't even able to give them soft beds to lay on.  It is such a sad life but Phillip is determined to make the best of it. He is great with people, kids and animals - doing all the right things to make any potential adopter feel like they won the jackpot.  Homeward Trails wants nothing more than to save this sweet boy but we need your help to get him to safety.  Sponsor Phillip so we can bring him home for the holidays!
