The Sugar Plum family is a loving family with a beautiful little boy. The young Sugar Plum is a happy little boy despite his various health concerns. The young Sugar Plum was recently diagnosed with cerebral palsy and also has Eosinophilic esophagitis which makes it hard for him to eat solid foods. He currently gets all nutrients from a tube. Mama Sugar Plum is a single mother that does everything she can for her little one. Let us bring this mama and her little one some much needed holiday cheer!

Clothing Needs: Winter Coat: Size 4T please, Clothing 3t pants & tops / can be 4t in tops. 8C in shoes. 4T in any jackets. A need medium sized backpack
