Cobweb is a senior beagle who was found as a stray in southern Virginia. We don't know how he ended up living on the streets, but we'd like to help him get a fresh start. Cobweb needs a good dental exam and cleaning to help with that start. It's been an expensive year, and we are hoping donors will chip in to cover Cobweb's vetting and transportation costs.
