A Second Chance for Daisy Mae & Her Unborn Puppies

Daisy Mae is an adorable, six year old, beagle/feist mix from southern Virginia- and she is pregnant with 5 puppies! When Daisy Mae’s owner decided they could not take care of any more dogs, they surrendered her to a vet to be euthanized. We are so happy that one of our partner shelters was able to step in and save Daisy Mae’s life, but they need our help to rescue her and her five unborn puppies. Daisy Mae’s puppies could be born any day now, and we need to get her to Homeward Trails as soon as possible to get them the care and vetting they need.
