This poor sweet momma kitty is soooo pregnant that the minute we trapped her we whisked her back to headquarters to move her into a much larger cage and into a warm quiet room...and she turned out to be SO FRIENDLY.

On Day One in the field more than half the cats we have trapped are females - which means we have already prevented the birth of hundreds of kittens!  

The best thing about Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR) is not only preventing litters but getting safe those who are about to be born and making sure the moms & kittens don't have to endure the harsh world in those fragile early days. No frost, no predators, no searching for food & water while trying to keep babies alive.

We are trapping almost 80 cats and are already finding many kittens out there needing our help. We are doing lifesaving work that no other organization is doing in Danville.  

We can only do this vital work with donations. We have surgery, vaccines, microchips, medical, food and supply costs to start. We also provide extensive community outreach and bring caretakers food, supplies and housing to best care for their animals.
