Sparkles Can't Shine Behind Bars

Sparkles is a 7 month old Schnauzer mix from southwest Virginia, and her heart is breaking. Surrendered by her owner, she now sits in a shelter, trembling and withdrawn, overwhelmed by fear and sadness. Her once-bright spirit has dimmed, and she’s too young to feel this kind of despair. Sparkles deserves to know love and safety, but Homeward Trails can only save her if we raise the funds or find a sponsor. Every day she spends in the shelter is another day her hope fades. Please, help us rescue Sparkles and show her she’s not forgotten. Sparkles deserves to get out of the shelter and into a warm foster home as soon as possible!
