#GivingTuesday | #JustOneMore | STAF 2025

Save the Animals Foundation has been working to rescue, rehabilitate, and find loving homes for cats and dogs for over 35 years. Saving #JustOneMore means we are committed to the long-term care and shelter for dogs and cats in the tri-state area. Our fundraising efforts on #GivingTuesday mean we can continue our work!

Funded entirely by donations and operated by volunteers, our no-kill shelter currently homes over 300 dogs and cats, many of whom have been abused, abandoned or literally tossed away. Teams of volunteers work with the animals two shifts a day, 365 days a year, providing-them with a safe and caring environment until we can place them in permanent, forever homes. Over the years we have matched thousands of lucky animals with equally lucky families.

We've been there for many, but so many more still need us. We can only do it with your help and support! Every rescue makes the world a bit better - it all matters and we can all make a difference!

STAF would like to introduce this year's spokes dog and cat.

Rex was found tied up outside after his family moved away, leaving him behind. Despite it all, this beautiful boy hasn’t let it dampen his joyful spirit. He greets everyone with a full-body wiggle, tail wagging furiously, and a huge smile on his face.

Etta was living in a basement all alone and suffering from a terrible skin condition. Now on the mend with us, Etta loves all things people and play. We love her girlie, stylish outfits that make her incredibly irresistible!

Rex and Etta are just two of the many animals that we rescue, shelter, and rehabilitate until we can find their forever home. Donate to our #GivingTuesday campaign to help us save #JustOneMore!
