Twix is Too Sweet to be Left Behind

Twix is only two years old, but life has already been uncertain for her. This gentle girl was reported as a stray in rural Virginia after a man called animal control and said she might be pregnant and he couldn’t keep her if she was. Just like that, her future became a question mark. We don’t know how long she’s been fending for herself or how many times she’s had to rely on strangers for scraps of kindness. What we do know is that she is young, vulnerable, and needs a place to go. Homeward Trails wants to provide her with proper veterinary care and a place to finally relax.
