This family has a 1 year old daughter diagnosed with Down Syndrome and a heart defect. She had two open heart surgeries before she turned one and has had two stomach surgeries for a gtube placement. This has led to her being hospitalized multiple time for extended periods. They are hoping that you can help bring some holiday magic to their children this season.
