Theo Was Neglected & Needs Our Help

Theo has had a rough life. He was living outside in a mobile home park, fending for himself most days. His owners weren't the kindest to him, but were convinced to surrender him so he could have a better life. Upon arrival, one of Theo's canine teeth is broken off at the gum line exposing the root. This must be incredibly painful and who knows how long his lived with it. But now he he has the chance to get it fixed, with your help.
