Jamie was diagnosed with EOE in December of 2015. At the time, we really didn’t know what that meant. Since diagnosis, we have learned that it’s a major life change resulting in medications, multiple procedures at the hospital, tons of Doctor visits and a very restrictive ever-changing diet that makes it impossible to have “normal” meals. Since there is no cure, there’s no end to these appointments and diets in sight! Currently, Jamie is eliminating dairy, wheat, egg, soy, peanut, all meat except beef, fish, shellfish and corn. Every cent that is donated to CURED goes towards research! Please help us reach our goal over the next two months!
