What is Giving Tuesday?
GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of radical generosity. GivingTuesday was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Since then, it has grown into a year-round global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity. We hope the Wood Middle School PTA will be one of the targets of your generosity this year.
The Wood Middle School PTA hosts events such as the Welcome Back Popsicle Party, Fall Fest, Multicultural Night, Staff Appreciation, and more. We support field trips and assemblies, campus improvement, and STEAM projects. PTA funds help pay for classroom and Media Center materials, Special Education technology, and much more!
PTA will spend about $77 per student this year. Donations of any amount are greatly appreciated!
