Flounder Needs Some Extra Care

Flounder is having a hard time with shelter life. We don't know what he was used to before ending up in a shelter, but the longer he goes without finding a home, the more anxious he becomes. Flounder isn't able to show adopters his best self. We want to get him to the vet to help come up with a strategy to make life a little easier for him, but we need your help to cover the cost.
