Brown Sugar is Heartworm Positive

Brown Sugar was found as a stray in rural Virginia. She wasn't reclaimed and who knows how long she was surviving on her own before being picked up. Things were looking up for her when she came to Homeward Trails until she just tested positive for heartworm disease.
