He Can't Catch a Break

Waddles arrived at a crowded rural shelter in rough shape. He was limping (hence the name) and something was clearly wrong with his eyes. The limp is from an old fracture and the shelter just isn't set up to help treat his eye issue. We know he doesn't stand a chance of getting adopted from a shelter in his current condition. We want to get Waddles out of the shelter and into a foster where he can heal and then start his journey to finding a home.
