Meet Connor, a three year old Maltese that was found wandering the streets in rural VA. We can tell by looking at Connor's eyes that he is sad and afraid. He had to fight to survive without any humans to take care of him. Luckily Connor's worst days are behind him, but we desperately need your help to get him on the next transport to HT.
