Wiggles was surrendered to the shelter

Wiggles is a 1.5-year-old boxer mix who was living in southwest Virginia with her owner. After she got pregnant, the owner wasn't able to keep her and her future puppies so brought her to a local shelter. Wiggles is unlikely to be adopted there, and a shelter is no place for newborn puppies. We want to get her out so she can deliver her puppies in peace and then get a fresh start.
