Leo is Heartworm Positive

Leo recently made his way to Homeward Trails and when he arrived he tested positive for heartworm disease. Who knows how long he suffered in silence without a diagnosis, the disease getting a stronger foothold on his body. The good news is now that he's with us and we know what he needs, he can get the lifesaving treatment. The treatment is time consuming and costly, but Leo's life is worth it. Please help us get Leo back on his feet.
