Reach for the Raffle
It’s Reach for the Raffle time!!! To motivate y’all to give to my Reach for the Stars campaign for Camp Starlight (the best place in the whole world), one lucky so-and-so will receive a custom 4x6 cross stitch made by yours truly. It can be anything beautiful and majestic that your little heart can dream up. It can also just be fun, naughty words… it’s up to you!
Rules (‘cause I’m all about fun):
1. You must donate at least $10 to my Reach for the Stars campaign to raise money for @camp_starlight (donation link in comments).
2. You’ll receive one entry into the drawing for every $10 you donate. $50 = 5 entries.
3. Donate $100 and you get double the entries. $100 = 20 entries.
4. Donate $200+ and you’ll automatically get a cross stitch from me! You don’t even have to fight people over it! I’ll be messaging you soon.
5. If you have already donated, your entries are already in. But if you want a better shot at a hand-crafted work of crappy art, you can always give more!
I will be drawing the name of the winner on April 1, so please consider giving to Camp Starlight this month.
If you know me, and I know that you do, you know that my heart belongs to summer camp! From camper to counselor, I've loved it all. Since 2016 though, the biggest piece of my camp-lovin' heart has been captured by Camp Starlight.

Camp Starlight is a magical week-long summer camp for children in Oregon and Washington ages 5-14 who are affected by HIV/AIDS and the stigma against the LGBTQIA+ community.
It has all the usual camp activities — swimming, singing by the campfire, making arts & crafts — but without the burden of stigma and judgment that our campers may face the rest of the year. It is a joyful, safe space where kids can be themselves and just be kids.
The best part of it all is that Camp is 100% FREE for all campers. That is why I am asking you to make a donation to this wonderful place. We have a goal to raise $40,000 this month, which will provide enough to operate camp in 2026. All your donations will go straight to Camp Starlight. Everything is appreciated. Thank you!
Camp Starlight was established in 1999, is volunteer-run, and is a 501(c)3 nonprofit. Camp is free for children to attend. Learn more at camp-starlight.org.
