Begging for Another Chance

Poor Chance is scared and confused. He doesn't understand why he was dropped off at a crowded and noisy shelter when he should be in a warm home with his humans. Sadly, this 7-8 month old Beagle mix was surrendered to one of our shelter partners in rural VA. We don't know why Chance ended up in a shelter, but we do know that we are going to try our best to get him out of there and into a loving home. But we desperately need your help to cover the costs of his transport and vetting. Chance is begging, please give me another chance!
