At MENTEE, we work with extraordinary people whose greatest barrier is access. We often think about Afghan women who have been pushed out of classrooms, out of formal systems, out of public view and into hiding, and yet still study, build skills, and refuse to give up on their futures. The opportunities that could change their lives exist, but they are scattered and hidden. These women, and many more challenged by our systems, need to be given the key to unlock their own futures.

The MENTEE AI Opportunity Bot is a mission-trained tool designed to close access gaps and find real pathways forward. For all mentees, when navigating barriers beyond their control, needless time and energy are taken over long periods of time to find opportunities and many times they end up empty-handed. Our mentees are often left with increased feelings of despair.
