Hey everyone!
This year, Sarah Robertson will be participating in the National Shelter Slumber Pawty with Metro East Humane Society on behalf of the St. Louligans. This event is the biggest and most far-reaching collaborative effort among the animal welfare community. This year's Slumber Pawty takes place on April 18, 2026 at Noon and lasts for a 24-hour period. Yes, that's right...24 hours in the shelter. No leaving, no hotels, no Starbucks runs. She'll sleep in a kennel with one of MEHS's current residents.
The Louligan community is vast, loving, and actionable. We raise funds, participate in group events for charity, and best of all, Show Up, Make Noise, and Have Fun. We're asking you to show up for one of our local charities who save abandoned and neglected animals. The beginning goal is $1,000. If you're able, please donate. MEHS is a Louligan charity that we love to have at our Street Parties. And the best part? They bring PUPPIES!!
