Stephinie Futch

Stephinie has spent years navigating the Southwest Florida real estate market, long enough to have seen it all, survived most of it, and developed a healthy sense of humor about the rest. As a Realtor and Property Manager at Tarpon Real Estate, she juggles around 100 rental properties, countless owner phone calls, and the occasional "the AC is broken and it's 95 degrees" emergency, all while somehow keeping her sanity intact (results may vary).

When she's not fielding calls about vacation rentals from Little Gasparilla Island to Port Charlotte, Stephinie is busy volunteering with several organizations across Charlotte County, because apparently one full time job managing 100 properties wasn't enough of a challenge. She also raised two daughters, who are now grown and out of the house, which means her days of being a single mom are technically over, though she's pretty sure the job never actually ends, it just switches to text messages asking for advice, money, or both.

Stephinie has no formal comedy training, unless you count negotiating with contractors or explaining HOA rules to renters, both of which require a strong sense of humor and an even stronger will to survive. She's thrilled to be part of Comedy for a Cause and promises to bring the same energy she brings to a last-minute owner emergency: mild panic disguised as confidence.
