Stray Found in the Freezing Cold

Meet Nellie, a four month old Shepard mix who hasn't had the best start to her young life. Nellie was found roaming alone, in the subzero temperatures, in rural VA. We don't know how she ended up by herself, struggling to find warm shelter, food and water. We do know that she deserves better, especially once we saw all the love in her beautiful eyes.
