Katy is just 2 years old, a gentle mixed breed pup who has already endured far too much heartache. Rescued from a heartbreaking hoarding situation in southern Virginia where over 25 dogs were crammed together, Katy is now heavily pregnant and about to give birth. The thought of her bringing puppies into the world on a cold shelter floor is unbearable and no mother should have to face that.
