The Hits Just Keep Coming for Xena

Sweet Xena was found at 2 months old, completely emaciated, surviving with her siblings on the street in Puerto Rico. She made her way to Homeward Trails and has been battling a skin infection, but she just tested positive for heartworm disease. Now she'll need lifesaving treatment. Xena hasn't had an easy life at all and we need to help her with this (hopefully) last hurdle and put her struggles behind her.
