Devil's Lake Friends End-of-Year Campaign

This year, the Friends have accomplished so much to keep this special park we all love be the best that it can be. We were active in promoting educational activities, providing financial support, and engaging in stewardship activities. Volunteers painted benches, mulched trees, cleaned up campsites and litter, and organized events. We sponsored over 35 cultural, educational, and recreational programs this year, serving more than 3,300 people, including our very popular Halloween Extravaganza, a summer of free yoga, a Ho-Chunk traditional dance, and a celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Devil’s Lake Chateau. We also funded accessibility upgrades at day use areas and campgrounds, interpretive signage about the historic Panoramic Resort and bird wingspan display, improvements to the East Bluff trail, and restoration and rehabilitation of burial mounds.

Please join us in closing out 2025 as we work to reach our goal of raising $20,000 to fund park improvements and free programming for 2026! Your tax-deductible donation will go a long way. We know that budgets are tight this time of year, but we also know that every bit helps. Together, we can keep Devil’s Lake State Park the crown jewel of our 125-year-old Wisconsin State Park System.
