Support Team Alpha: Empower Job Training at ABLED
Team Alpha is raising funds to support ABLED’s Job Training & Career Pathways Program, which provides hands-on skill development, workplace readiness, and supported internship experiences for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
At ABLED, every task is a job and every day is an opportunity to build confidence, independence, and purpose. Our clients learn real work skills — from office administration and customer service to food handling, landscaping, digital media, custodial, retail support, and more — all while practicing the essential “soft skills” needed to keep a job: teamwork, communication, accountability, and resilience.
