Camp del Corazon Team Fundraising Contest!
What is it? Chris Waller’s Heart of a Champion Invitational raises money for Camp del Corazon, the life-changing, joy-inspiring camp for kids with heart disease. To date, the GymJam Foundation/Heart of a Champion competition has donated more than $130,000 to this incredible organization.
What can you win?
Every penny raised will help kids with heart disease. The teams that raise the most money get meaningful prizes:
1st Place Team
- Meet & Greet with Peng Peng Lee, Sophia Campana, & Chris Waller.
- Peng Peng – NCAA Individual and Team Champion, having lead her team to the title with two 10’s. Canadian Olympic Team Captain. Singer & Actress, Inspiring Woman.
- Sophia Campana – Italian National Team Member, author, motivational and social media queen, and Inspiring Woman.
- Savi Performance – Savannah Kooyman, Founder, NCAA Champion, Certified Nutrition Support Clinician.
- Do the Flashmob dance with the Peng Peng herself!
- Savvy Nutrition Presentation* for your team.
- 2-hour team workshop* with Chris Waller, customized for your team. (recruiting, motivation, building a growth culture, how to be a Heart of a Champion Parent, technique, ?)
- * Work-shop with Chris and Savvy Nutrition presentation will be in person or remote depending on team location.
2nd Place Team
- 2-hour team workshop* with Chris Waller, customized for your team. (recruiting, motivation, building a growth culture, how to be a Heart of a Champion Parent, technique, ?)
- *Work-shop with Chris will be in person or remote depending on team location.
Top Three Place Individuals
- The top three fundraising individual athletes have the opportunity to record a Tik-Tok with Peng Peng Lee.
Why it matters?
“When I was 15, I was diagnosed with congenital heart disease and underwent my first open heart surgery. When I learned about Camp del Corazon and had the opportunity to speak to the kids, I was overwhelmed with what I experienced. Cindy and I began our mission to be major supporters because the hope and joy the campers experience at camp changes lives – both for campers and those who get to be a part of it. Our oldest daughter became a nurse because of her experience volunteering at camp.” - Chris

*Attendees include the following people from the winning club: Club Owners, all coaches coaching at and athletes competing at the 2026 Heart of a Champion Invitational are welcome to attend the Meet & Greet. Please bring your credential. No others will be allowed entry. Thank you for your cooperation.
*The Meet & Greet will take place at the competition site.
*All proceeds from this fundraiser contest will go directly to Camp del Corazon. Funds from this contest plus additional funds raised from the meet will be sent all together to Camp del Corazon approximately 3-4 weeks after the event is concluded.
