Each year, between 140 and 160 officers are killed in the line of duty, and their families and co-workers are left to cope with the tragic loss. The Illinois C.O.P.S. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, which provides resources to assist in rebuilding the shattered lives of surviving family members and co-workers affected by a line-of-duty death. They offer support as long as needed to all survivors. Illinois C.O.P.S. is a state chapter of the national organization and is dependent on charitable donations and fundraisers. All contributions directly benefit the families of fallen law enforcement officers in Illinois.
Corey's Crew 7081 is riding in honor and memory of all fallen officers, especially our son, brother, and friend: ISP Trooper Corey Thompsen, who was tragically killed in the line-of-duty 10/18/24. Illinois C.O.P.S. has been there for us from that day our lives were forever changed. We want to support this organization so it can continue its mission of helping to rebuild the shattered lives of all survivors and families of fallen officers.
