A nonprofit 501(c)(3) community development corporation with the mission of  providing low-to-moderate income communities with workforce development, technical assistance to small businesses, financial credit literacy education, and neighborhood revitalization through affordable housing in Collin, Dallas, Denton, & Tarrant Counties. Based in Frisco, Texas but serving all of Texas. 

Inspiring You To Greatness Non-Profit Community Development Corporation is pleased to offer services to support families in achieving housing stability and self-sufficiency by improving clients’ quality of life through housing education, job training, financial/credit literacy, mental health aids with life coaching support through our online academy streaming fulfillment system. Clients complete an online application through our website portal that starts the intake process which is always processed immediately to provide needs in shelter, social, outreach and housing services. Clients have the liberty of immediate temporary shelter with partnered Hotels and permanent housing with partnered apartment communities’ post-employment. We have partnered w/ small businesses throughout Northeast Texas that have committed to improving the clients’ job training experience through convenient, in-person interviews at lunch and learns at housing shelters for timely hiring processes that get Clients working in 24-72 hours. Our clients go from homelessness to a stable home while obtaining the skills they need to maintain housing, along with the mental, physical, and social service skills needed to lead a successful self-sufficient life in 3-6 months through our streamlined program approved by the City of Dallas, “E3: Educate: Empower: Employ”. This program provides a streamline process of education, case management, and support. 

Inspiring You To Greatness Community Development Corporation is the parent organization to Inspiring You To Greatness Education Academy. 

The CDC was established based on the performance of the educational services over the past 12 years of delivering social services to other nonprofit organizations, business partners, banks and individuals.

Inspiring You To Greatness CDC assists individuals with boot strap construction of their own affordable homes using alternative building systems as an alternative to lumber. 

Multiple grant programs are provided to help first time home buyers purchase their new homes. 

Inspiring You To Greatness CDC offers the pathway to homeownership 7 session course along with the service hours, the home owner is educated, empowered, and equipped to live in their new home that they helped build. 
Inspiring You To Greatness CDC also builds affordable housing Multi-family communities including apartments, townhomes, and condos.
