Since 2012, The Autism Project – FLOS Inc. has been a voice, a resource, and a refuge for families raising children and adults with autism and disabilities. We are the bridge for parents who don’t know where to turn, for youth who deserve inclusion, and for families who need hope that never fades.

No parent ever imagines their child will have a disability. When my son Shaquan was two and a half, our world shifted overnight. He went from a talking, playful toddler to losing many of his learned abilities. Watching him change was heartbreaking, but it also became the reason I founded this organization — to make sure no parent ever has to walk this journey alone.

Through our programs — from inclusive community events to parent workshops, fitness and health programs, and resource fairs — we’ve become a lifeline for hundreds of families each year.
