Konor's Page supporting Vanguard Landing!

Welcome back to year two of our fundraising efforts to support Vanguard Landing, the community where Konor is scheduled to move in late summer!  He will join other adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live with independence, dignity, and purpose.

Last year the funds raised helped secure the completion of the five-bedroom beach-style cottages where the residents live.  This year, the donations will be used to develop the Enterprise Building.  The building will include a cafe and gift shop where Konor can work showcasing to the community the valuable contribution he and other residents can make.  The Enterprise Building will also offer an art studio and other creative outlets that will support an enriching life!

We are so appreciative of the incredibly generous donations our family and friends made last year that enabled us to raise more than $23,000 in a single day!  Our fundraising goal this year is $6,000.  We are so fortunate to have a donor who has agreed to also match all donations up to $6,000! Every donation—big or small—will help build a life full of potential, promise and happiness for Konor and others just like him!
