Ukraine’s fight for survival against Russia’s genocidal aggression is not just its own—it is a fight for democracy, freedom, and the values that the United States claims to uphold. 

The American people once stood in awe of Ukraine’s resilience. Millions were inspired by its heroic resistance. But as time has passed and news cycles have shifted, public attention has faded—just as Ukraine faces one of its most desperate moments.

That is why the Ukrainian Congress Committee of America (UCCA), representing over 2 million Americans of Ukrainian descent, is launching a bold, high-visibility media campaign both online and in Washington, D.C. (kiosks and billboards) to remind Americans of Ukraine’s urgent need and to reignite public pressure on lawmakers to reinstate military and intelligence aid. These  campaign will ensure that the U.S. public—and, crucially, D.C. policymakers—cannot ignore what is happening.

This is a crisis of democracy—one that will have consequences far beyond Ukraine if America fails to act.
