We can't say it enough: THANK YOU for participating in our first-ever Giving Tuesday campaign for Madison Area Community Land Trust. Whether that was donating, spreading the word, or learning more about their mission.
With your help, we raised $3,585 for MACLT! That money can fund:
- Repairs/renovations for 1.5 homes to make them safe & liveable; OR
- 3+ homeowner education workshops to equip new homeowners with skills in budgeting, home maintenance, and financial literacy; OR
- 7 community outreach events; OR
- 14 new tools for the Tool Lending program for MACLT homeowners

From now until Giving Tuesday (December 3rd), the Mad City Dream Homes team asks you to join us in raising $3,500 (our new, stretch goal!) for an innovative approach to affordable housing led by an organization we know and trust.
Madison Area Community Land Trust (MACLT) helps low-income families in Madison become homeowners and keep those homes permanently affordable.
They use a unique ownership structure that allows families to build equity through homeownership and pay it forward to the next owner.
Mad City Dream Homes will donate the first $500.
