Our Wilmington Comprehensive Community Clinic changes that. By bringing trauma-informed medical and mental health services under one roof, we create a seamless, survivor-centered pathway to healing.

Operating 24/7, this program provides immediate forensic exams, advocacy, and critical follow-up care. Survivors receive all necessary services—from disclosure to recovery—without the barriers of a fragmented system.
