At ABLED, our mission is bold and heart-forward: to empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to step into the workforce, claim independence, and live full lives in the community. Through our signature training program, we provide hands-on, rotational job assignments, real workplace mentors, and support that helps interns build career pathways, life skills, and confidence. Each day at ABLED brings something new—no two days are the same—for participants who are ready to push boundaries and challenge expectations.

Every year when Big Day of Giving arrives, ABLED invites our community of donors, corporate partners, volunteers, families, and alumni to join us in a shared moment of impact.
