🐾On April 18-19, I'll be spending 24 hours in a kennel with one of our dogs for a sleepover paw-ty at CARE Humane Society to raise funds for our life-saving transport team!🐾
Meet our mascot, Hinata!
Hinata is 2 years old and is our longest resident at CARE Humane Society. This sweet boy is joyful and incredibly smart. While he loves to play, he holds a special spot in his heart for his Highland Cow toy, which he refuses to destroy! Where do the funds go?
All money raised will directly support CARE Humane Society’s transport program, a critical effort to reduce euthanasia. By partnering with rescues in less overcrowded areas—where adopters are often already waiting—we give our dogs a second chance at life.
Transporting dogs takes resources. Funds help cover:
Vehicle maintenance and gas
Crates, collars, food, and other supplies
Driver pay and meals
Veterinary care and ongoing dog care
